PART ONE
Objectives, Scope, Legal Basis, Definitions and General Provisions
Objective
Article 1 - The purpose of this Regulation;
a) The specific criteria for environmentally sound, basic terms and features the production of packaging,
b) The packaging waste to the environment directly and indirectly harm the environment, giving recipients a way to prevent,
c) First, the formation of packaging waste prevention, re-use of unavoidable waste, packaging, recycling and reduce the amount to be disposed of through recycling,
d) packaging waste management, the creation of the necessary technical and administrative standards and related principles, policies and programs and the legal, administrative and technical set forth.
Scope
Article 2 - This Regulation is the material used (plastic, metal, glass, paper and cardboard, composite, etc.) and supply (domestic, industrial, commercial, office) in the country, regardless of packaging and packaging waste placed on the market covers all.
Legal Basis

General Principles
Article 5 - Guidelines for the management of packaging waste:

CHAPTER TWO
Duties and Liabilities

Article 6 - The Ministry;

Article 7 - the largest civilian authority;

Article 9 - Packaging manufacturers;

PART THREE
Provisions on Production Package
Prevention
Basic Conditions

CHAPTER FOUR
Recycling and Recovery of Packaging Waste

Packaging Commission

Regulatory Authority
